GYMNASTICS CLASSES

THE GOAL

The goal of our virtual gymnastics classes is to provide expert coaching and instruction for athletes of all levels, all over the world. These classes focus on movements we see both in artistic gymnastics and functional fitness.

COACHING METHODOLOGY

Kati's coaching methodology revolves around the principle of 'brain before body' — It's important to dissect each skill in very specific phases to understand how everything works.

WHO THEY'RE FOR

These classes are for the patient athlete willing to learn new concepts and commit themselves to the hard, but rewarding, work neccessary. Classes are for all levels, abilities and backgrounds.

CLASS 01

STANDING STRADDLE PRESS HANDSTAND

If you’re beginning your press handstand journey, or maybe you’ve felt like your progress has become stagnant, you’re in the right place. This class covers all the strength, flexibility and drills you need to kick-start your training.

CLASS 02

TOES TO BAR TECHNIQUES

Despite any preconceived notions, the Toes to Bar is a much simpler skill than you may realize. Yes, it takes a good amount of bodyweight strength and coordination, but with the right training strategy, you're going to be knocking these like like a pro.

CLASS 03

THE FORWARD ROLL

In this class, I am going to break down everything you need to know about how to forward roll as safely and successfully as possible.

This class is for more beginner gymnasts who are just getting started in the sport, AND those who want to increase their knowledge of the forward roll and how to teach it.

CLASS 04

HOW TO TRAIN HANDSTANDS AT HOME

I'll show you how to practice handstands safely and effectively at home — You don't even need equipment! We cover strength training, flexibility and drills.

This class is best suited for more beginner athletes who are in the beginning stages of their handstand journey.

CLASS 05

In this class, we discuss the vertigo and dizziness some athletes experience during gymnastics skills, and outline ways to address and ideally, alleviate it.

This class is for both athletes who experience vertigo and feel dizzy when practicing gymnastics, and those who want to learn more about how our anatomy affects performance.
