THE GOAL

The goal of our flexibility library is to provide knowledge and resources that make athletes feel more comfortable and confident during stretching, and understand how flexibility impacts their performance.

CONSISTENCY IS KING

It's impossible to improve flexibility overnight — It takes consistency with a dedicated routine to see real results. Make a goal to stretch 4-5 times per week and you'll experience some awesome results.

WHO THEY'RE FOR

These flexibility sessions are for athletes of all levels, abilities and backgrounds. The sessions range from easy to difficult, with positions that should be scaled to fit your needs.
