Handstand Hold Program
- A 4-week strength program + handstand drills to get you moving in the right direction to perfect your positions, and improve overall strength.
The program is suitable for both beginner and advanced athletes, because we will be refining technique, and challenging strength.
- Most athletes WANT to train a good handstand, but don't know where to begin, or how to do it. This program will provide you the clarification and guidance needed to be successful while inverted.
Strengthening your handstand position means strengthening your foundation- This skill is the base for multiple functional fitness gymnastics skills, which means you'll be experiencing all-around performance improvement within your fitness.
