Shoulder Immobility & Limitations

Shoulder immobility is a common limitation amongst many fitness-ers.

I guarantee that the same athlete who struggles to maintain a truly stacked handstand position, is also the athlete who struggles to catch snatches comfortably, hold dumbbells overhead, or reach a full superman position on the pull-up bar.

When your body is restricted, all fitness suffers. This isn't only about gymnastics anymore.

🧐So, what are you to do?

Take time throughout your day to stretch. It doesn't have to be complicated, just consistent.

The athlete who spends 20 seconds stretching, 5 times throughout the day, will experience better progress as compared to the athlete who decides to mobilize once a week for half an hour.

👉🏽Want to feel better? Want to improve?

Stretch consistently, and stop giving yourself excuses.

The definition of "Insanity" is doing something over and over again and expecting different results.

If you want success, you'll do something you've never done before, to get something you've never had.
